Wondering Aloud, No. 12
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. – Dr. Seuss
When it comes to science (or most things for that matter), if dissenting points of view are censored, you can rest assured that you are being gaslit and scammed by the so-called experts. Know this, to employ censorship is a fear-based action, as those enforcing the censoring fear their lies being revealed. The truth, on the other hand, fears nothing, censors nothing, and needs nothing to confirm or deny its essence, it just is.

If any problem is presented as a global problem, and the only solution is a global solution, you can rest assured you are being lied to by the powers that shouldn’t be. It is a manipulative agenda of problem, reaction, solution being sold to you by these bad actors. The ones who tell you there is a problem know you will react in a certain way and they will come in with the so-called solution. The Covid-19 fable is the latest and most obvious example of this in our lifetime. 9/11 is a close second. Stop believing these ‘official stories.’ Stop falling for the manipulation. Think for yourself and proceed accordingly. And most essentially, stop living in fear. Choose love instead, it’s a far more truthful, beautiful, and life-affirming approach to a life well lived.

Taking responsibility for one’s health is something I strongly endorse. However, there is a deeper level of understanding that I want to speak to here, and that is the priceless value of asking the question, ‘Who am I?’ As the awareness that comes from asking and considering this question begins to unfurl in your consciousness, the individual burden that one typically feels for one’s health and well-being begins to take on a different quality as you recognize that you do not exist solely as a ‘someone’ encased in skin. This question helps you penetrate deeper into the truth that you are whole just as you are. There is in fact nothing that you are lacking. It is this realization of your essential nature that opens the door to easefully and naturally treat yourself healthfully, kindly, and lovingly. Knowing full well that you are worthy of this love and affection, removes the struggle. Health then becomes you, effortlessly.

A few questions worth asking:
Is this material world that I have been conditioned to believe is real; really real?
Am I just a separate, lacking, helpless, meaningless dot in the Infinite Universe?
Does the thing that I call ‘me’ only exist in this body? And once this ‘me’ dies, am I really gone?
When we fuck up or harm others are we to blame?
Do we become ill because of someone else infecting us?
Is your identity – the who you are – ever found in a label?
Is the path to healing from past (traumatic) events to focus on those past events, or is the path to healing to focus on who you truly are and to let the healing proceed from there? In other words, is the suffering caused by the event itself or one’s thoughts/beliefs about the event?
Why would it make sense to allow someone else to inject something into your body without first thinking about whether this idea makes any sense to begin with? Meaning, the culturally conditioned premise proceeds from the perspective that we are lacking and we need something from outside ourselves to heal, or avoid getting sick and dying, but is that belief even true?
If I love what is – meaning I drop all my resistance to what is – does that change my experience from one of suffering and blame to one of peace, gratitude, joy, healing and love?
If, instead of calling yourself by your name, you were to call yourself Life, where would you begin? Where you end? Would you ever not be?

All the feelings you are feeling, whether they are happy, or sad, or lonely, or terrified, or loved, or fearful are made of the Self, the true You. As such, feelings aren’t separate from You. Just like the raging rapids are not separate from the peaceful flowing river. It is this realization that shows there is no sense in trying to cope with or eliminate your so-called negative feelings. It is impossible to do, there is nowhere for them to go. Once you recognize, once you understand who you truly are the feelings you are feeling no longer have control over you. They are not good or bad, they are simply what they are.

One sunny autumn day you are out in the yard raking leaves and you cut yourself and you begin to bleed. Is the body doing this to fuck with you or cause you harm or punish you for something else you did? In other words, is your body acting wrongly? Is it working against you? Of course not. It is doing what it is doing because that’s what bodies do, they do whatever is necessary to keep you alive to live another moment. In this case, the cut becomes a scab, and the scab becomes a scar. Here’s my unconventional, yet heart-felt proposition, the scab is no different from tumors, hot flashes, headaches, rashes, tiredness, anxiety or any other of the countless symptoms the body presents. In my view, all symptoms are healing responses and to suppress, treat, remove or manage them is to work against the natural healing response of the body/Nature and will simply perpetuate dis-ease and prolong the manifestation of symptoms. We are either working with the body or against it. The body is never doing something wrong. The body is never trying to harm us. The body is never at war with us. We’ve forgotten this knowing as we swirl deeper and deeper into the madness of the materialistic, mechanized world we presently inhabit. As such our collective state of dis-ease continues to intensify. Perhaps one day we will realign with the truth of who we are and stop fighting against our bodies, ourselves, and the earth, and recognize the real causes of our suffering. Your life is your medicine. Live it accordingly.

Fear is coming, you are going to experience the feeling of it in your life, probably many times, and so long as you don’t fear the fear it will have no power over you, you will be able to proceed from an empowered position despite the fear you are feeling because you are not afraid of the fear.

Living to please others is a life doomed to regret and joylessness.

Each of us comes from the Whole, exists as/in the Whole, and when we depart from the body we remain in the Whole. How could it be any other way. Once this realization dawns upon us, we are no longer afraid - of ourself, the so-called other, or death. Why? Because we recognize the Essence of who we are, the very force by which we are created, and we know it is Eternal in nature. Each and every one of us, no matter who we are, what we do, or how we live, is made by and from Eternal Love. So get in the game and be the wild, freaky, beautiful, courageous, sentient being you are!

Every time I go into the woods, as if by pure elegance, and due to no action on my accord, everything makes sense again. All is right. All is good. I leave behind the insanity of the man-made world, the incessant noise, the questioning, the bickering, the greed, the dis-ease, the ignorance, the hatred, the denial, the ignorance, that accompanies our existence in the machine land of man. In the forest I am in peace and communion with the real, and any notion of self-importance or sensation of anxiety evaporates on the breeze as the leaves flicker in the sunlight and the soil dances beneath my feet.
A belief is just a thought you keep thinking over and over again until it becomes hard-wired in your brain. - Dr. Joe Dispenza
